React Native Developer

We're looking for a React Native Developer to join our Engineering Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices like version control and testing
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
• Stay updated on React Native advancements and integrate new features to enhance app functionality
• Partner with designers and back-end developers to create seamless, user-friendly applications
• Optimize apps for performance and scalability while maintaining an excellent user experience

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years of commercial experience in mobile app architecture and development in a Typescript/Javascript environment
• An extensive knowledge as well as commercial experience in Typescript, React Native
• Experience in releasing/publishing mobile apps on Google Play and Apple App Store
• Experience in working with Xcode and Android Studio
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• English at C1 level or higher
• Proficiency in Polish
• Good communication skills are a must
• Self motivation, willingness to learn new things and positive attitude to change
• Teamwork skills

Recruitment process:

1. HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
2. Intellectual capabilities test (1 hour)
3. Technical interview: live coding session (1 hour)
4. Final interview with the Head of Delivery (1 hour)
5. Decision
