Lead/Senior Platform Engineer: AWS, ML/AI-Ops

We need you to have:

• Proficiency in Terraform for reproducible, automated infrastructure

• Deep AWS expertise, including the ML/AI stack

• Strong grasp of networking and security (VPCs, IAM, data isolation)

• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and MLOps automation

• Experience designing and implementing observability using tools like CloudWatch

• Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams

• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

• A "builder" mentality - you prefer automation over manual fixes

• Agility to pivot between different AI/ML project requirements

• Fluency in English for technical and business meetings

• Self-sufficiency in troubleshooting complex cloud environments

You will be:

• Joining a 5+ person team to build and run the ML/AI Platform

• Building an AWS AI Factory to support ML and genAI use cases

• Creating IaC, CI/CD, and reusable templates for ML and AI projects

• Working with junior/mid engineers and helping them with delivery and personal growth

• Enabling and supporting other teams with their use cases in the AI Factory

• Proactively improving the platform to meet new requirements

• Building scalable and automated solutions focusing on value delivery for customers

• Designing, building, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining various business solutions on top of the platform
