We are looking for a Technology Reporting Analyst with a proven experience and a passion for turning complex telecommunications data into actionable insights.

This role combines deep analytical skills with hands-on technical execution and requires experience in monitoring and tracking Technology area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

What tasks await you?

• Monitor and track Technology area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Technology units, and management to identify, define, and refine relevant KPIs.

• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

• Proactively recommend improvements in KPI reporting processes and technologies.

• Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources and reporting tools.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and present findings to management.

What skills will be appreciated?

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

• Experience with data visualization and building interactive dashboards.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
