    T Hub - Junior Solution Architect

    • Location: Warszawa
    • Contract: Employment contract


     

    WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

    • Craft, design and implement IT solutions in adherence to said architecture for individual business requirements considering wholistic implications such as reusability, sustainability and efficiency 
    • Prototype, conduct proof of concepts, pilots and early life support 
    • Developing and maintaining the enterprise IT architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and emerging technologies including AI and machine learning. 
    • Designing a comprehensive vision considering holistic business requirements and implications, and with a view to sustainability 
    • Identifying innovations in technology fields and being actively involved with implementation within the Group and in the industry (standardization, open source communities, suppliers, interest groups, patents, etc.) 
    • Assisting in product/service development considering holistic business requirements and implications throughout the entire development process (life cycle) 
    • Assuming responsibility for the implementation of architectural concepts in product development and services 
    • Providing technical advice in the relevant functional area 
    • Managing projects 

     

    WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

    • University degree preferably in computer sciences or related field or several years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT solution design or software engineering 
    • Excellent knowledge in modern IT stacks (CI/CD, cloud native, on and of premises infrastructure etc.) 
    • Multiple years of experience in network- and communication technologies and experience with TMF, especially up to and including layer 3 (OSI) 
    • Softwarization, virtualization and orchestration know how in IP network production 
    • Experience with Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) principles and technologies and building software defined business hubs 
    • Proven track record of hands-on involvement in software development projects involving modern frameworks and higher programming languages 
    • Ability to develop and communicate long-term technology strategies that align business objectives with emerging network technologies. 
    • Intercultural competence and effective communicator 
    • Working proficient English


    Nice-to-have 

    • Experience with modern collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Atlassian products)
    • Experience with AI integrations 
    • Experience with agile types of cooperation and DevOps culture and technology

    Stage 1.

    Let’s meet to better understand each other's expectations.

    Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.


    Stage 2.

    Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application.

    There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.


    Stage 3.

    Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

    We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.


    Stage 4.

    Time to decide!

    At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
