WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

• Managing complex, strategically aligned projects or managing subprojects as part of strategic programs

• Determining the approach for a project and defining clear responsibilities within the project (or project portfolio)

• Functionally leading project staff

• Planning and coordinating project resources in line with functional requirements and the project's scope

• Project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates

• Target group-specific communications (project sponsor, project team members)

• Evaluating, communicating, and mitigating risks incurred

• Initiating improvements to optimize project processes, activities, and systems

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

• University degree or comparable vocational training with long-time job experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years track record in a large, multi-national organization with an emphasis on managing parties in Cloud utilization/migration area

• Global - International experience with the necessary cultural awareness and respect

• Execution experience in a large-scale organization- telco industry preferred

• Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references

• Managing infrastructure transformation/migration/cloudification experience (not mandatory)

• Extensive knowledge of Public/Private Cloud and Telecommunication (highly welcomed) industry, market, trends, technologies and key players

• Pragmatic - balanced approach to management combining strategic planning, operational excellence and flawless execution

• Consensus-building -> capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with subordinates, colleagues and executive management

• Overcoming barriers - track record as a leader with high business impact, strong negotiation skills, as well as sound diplomatic skills, smart and nice

• Track record leading a (virtual) team

• Results Driven - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge. Monitors quantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan.

• Self-driven attitude and behavior

• Willingness to travel (internationally)

• Fluency in English
