Currently, we are looking for talented, motivated and enthusiastic AI Engineer keen to understand complex technical problems and apply knowledge and skills to deliver customers’ requirements.

What tasks await you?

• Analyze and prepare data for model training using Python.

• Train, test, and fine-tune AI/ML models using various libraries to optimize performance for deployment.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers and fellow ML engineers to build scalable solutions.

• Work with both on-premises, Linux-based GPU computing platforms and cloud-based environments, primarily Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define goals, identify risks, report progress, present results, and gather feedback.

• Clearly document and present your findings in an understandable and actionable manner.

What skills will be appreciated?

• Excellent coding ability in Python.

• Deep Learning and Machine Learning project experience covering numerous algorithms and models:

  • Application of one or more of e.g. LLMs, XGBoost, GNN,

  • Leverage LLMs from frameworks such as Hugging Face,

  • Set-up of RAG pipelines,

  • ML techniques like forecasting, regression, classification, anomaly detection, image object detection, text classification, text generation, root cause analysis, timeseries modelling,

  • Set-up and use of vector databases.

• Familiarization with Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Development and deployment of software solutions incorporating specific AI or ML-based models and techniques.

• Ability to integrate models into production systems using APIs.

• Data handling techniques in e.g. Polars, Pandas, NumPy etc.

• LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering.

• C1 level of spoken and written English, German language would be treated as an asset.
