RPA Blue Prism Developer - Automation & Innovation Department

Location: Warszawa, ul. Marynarska 12

Type of contract: Direct B2B

Type of cooperation: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

We are looking for an RPA developer to join the team involved in the implementation of business and operational process automation solutions. We implement projects based on commercial software such as Blue Prism in combination with tools developed in-house. In our work, we combine AI solutions with classic robotization.

What tasks await you?

• Building solutions for the automation of business and operational processes based on

• Blue Prism software and proprietary internal systems

• Taking care of the development of both yourself and other team members to always be up to date with the latest technologies

• Visualization and reporting of the progress of work in the area of automation

• Collecting and implementing requirements from stakeholders

What skills will be appreciated?

• You have at least 3 years of experience working as a RPA Blue Prism developer

• You can independently propose solutions to complex problems

• You are comfortable using SQL. Knowledge of databases such as: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL is welcome

• You have knowledge of AI and GenAI

• You know and use the Customer Centric approach

• You are focused on your own success and that of the whole team

• You care about your development and inspire others to do the same

• You are not guided by patterns, you think positively and outside the box

• You communicate freely in English (B2+)

• An additional advantage will be if you know Python, including frameworks and libraries such as Django, Celery, Pandas

• Also, an additional advantage will be if you know Java, including the Spring Boot framework
