We have an immediate vacancy within our Poznan team for a full-time Automation Test Engineer.
Overview
The purpose of the role is to own, maintain, expand test automation in cooperation with multiple product teams, supporting its creation of high-value deliverables to customers and its progress towards high quality. Reporting to the Test Automation Lead in Poznań, this position offers the right candidate the opportunity for career progression within a dynamic international growth-focused company. This position requires decent technical skills and also gives the opportunity to become an expert test automation / DevOps developer. Creative Tax included.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & automate test scenarios for UI and backend (Python)
- Participate in solving development/pipeline issues connected to test automation
- Participate in extending a multi-repository test automation solution
- Participate in maintaining and improving pipelines for test automation (Jenkins)
- Increase automation coverage of existing & new features
- Share best practices & processes in test automation
- Communicate & gather information within an international team environment
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of software testing tools & techniques, in particular – browser, API test automation (preferably Python, Selenium, Behave, Requests)
- Good programming skills (preferably Python) & good technical knowledge (API)
- Have proven commercial experience with test automation tools & libraries (preferably API & Selenium)
- Have at least basic DevOps experience (Jenkins, architecture, Linux commands, Docker, CI/CD)
- Have good knowledge about the development cycle & work methodologies
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in both written & spoken English - required
