Having such great solutions, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our brave and brilliant Synerise Team.

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create designs based on findings from research and customer feedback.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, to high-fidelity designs.
• Design end-to-end product experience by user journeys, empathy maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Be responsible for user experience in your area of the product by continuously looking for opportunities for improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Cooperate hand-in-hand with a UX Researcher to turn insights into high-quality designs.
• Contribute and co-develop the Design System.
• Share knowledge and experience with people on board.

What will make us a perfect match?

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI Designer.
• Experience in working with large and complex applications, proven by a portfolio.
• Practical knowledge of standard industry tools, such as Figma, Framer and Webflow.
• Curiosity in exploring complex problems and finding solutions.
• Good communication skills, openness and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Team player attitude.
