PHP Developer (Symfony)

Our requirements

We are looking for a PHP Developer with experience in Symfony to join our growing team in Poland. You will be working with Mirror - a new tool made to realize the potential of reflection in classrooms through AI. Mirror fully automates the reflection process for students.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Good knowledge of PHP 8 and OOP;
• 1- 3 years experience with PHP;
• 1+ years experience with Symfony;
• Experience with MySQL (designing, optimization of requests);
• Experience of testing (PHPUnit, Behat ...);
• Experience with Git;
• Good command of English and Ukrainian languages (upper-intermediate level or above).

Nice to have:

• Experience with GraphQL;
• Experience with Jira, Figma;
• Be acknowledged with Mondo, Rollbar;
• Be acknowledged with Lean Startup Methodology.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to product life cycle development depending on your skills and experience;
• Take part in technical discussions to find the right architecture/design solution;
• Closely collaborate with front-end, mobile and product team;
• Analyzing the requirements and independently develop technical solutions;
• Being able to predict the development of events, and to predict possible problems, to develop specific ways to solve them;
• Being a proactive team member, take participation in grooming meetings, code review, writing tests.
