Job description

As an IT SuccessFactors Integration Specialist, you will be pivotal in supporting, maintaining and developing our global HR system SuccessFactors inbound and outbound integrations. Your primary responsibilities will include daily support and operations, developing and improving our SuccessFactors integrations and providing solutions to ensure seamless application performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to Super-User Queries: Troubleshoot and resolve tickets and change requests submitted by key users;

  • Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Analyze and resolve issues related to application functionality, user access, and data retrieval;

  • Collaborate with Solution application specialists: Partner with our SuccessFactors application specialists to identify, report, and fix incidents, as well as developing and implementing enhancements;

  • Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of applications using various tools to ensure optimal functioning;

  • Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips;

  • System Updates and Upgrades: Assist in rolling out application updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption for users;

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure applications adhere to IT security policies, procedures, and compliance standards;

  • Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement and communicate findings to the IT and development teams;

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential application issues and implement preventative measures.


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should be solution-oriented, proactive, quick learner, possess a curious mindset, and enjoy helping colleagues with technical challenges. You enjoy working collaboratively within the team. Key aspects of your daily work will focus on continuously improving the system’s delivered solution. This involves regular communication with key users to understand their needs and enhance collaboration with frequent system users. Working closely with system leads, you will develop the solution, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and learning.

  • You have a 2-3 years’ experience working with SuccessFactors integrations (Have basic knowledge of how message transformation & transmission happens between the two systems);

  • Strong hands on / user experience on Employee Central module;

  • A structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to work;

  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
