Scrum Master/Delivery Manager

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading multinational company in the building materials industry.

As this role sits within a complex and evolving delivery environment, the team is seeking a profile with a higher level of experience and capability than a standard Scrum Master role. The role is part of the Data & Cross Enablement department and reports to the Release Manager. It sits within cross-functional engineering teams delivering across multiple product areas and data domains, with a strong focus on tactical delivery, scaled Agile execution, quality gate ownership, release coordination, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM) or equivalent SAFe credential.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a platform, enablement, or data engineering environment.

• Strong understanding of SAFe, including PI Planning preparation/facilitation and ART-level ceremonies.

• Proven ability to lead distributed and remote engineering teams across time zones.

• Experience enforcing the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) in complex, multi-team environments.

• Background in release coordination, risk and dependency management, and cross-team communication.

• Good understanding of the full product delivery lifecycle (design through production and hyper care).

• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, bridging business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data integration platforms, observability tooling, and CI/CD practices.

• Understanding of Jira workflow automation and process compliance tooling.

• Background in organizations transitioning from project-based to product-based delivery.

• Additional certifications: PSM II, SPC, or RTE.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scaled Agile execution within cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas and data domains.

• Lead preparation and facilitation of PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies.

• Own and enforce quality gates, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.

• Coordinate releases and manage risks and dependencies across teams.

• Lead distributed and remote engineering teams across time zones.

• Align stakeholders and bridge communication between business and technical teams.

• Support tactical delivery across data and platform domains.

• Report to the Release Manager within the data & cross enablement department.
