Full Stack Engineer (Python/React)

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a no-code, AI-driven compliance platform that helps companies automate data privacy, information security, and regulatory workflows, including GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, and the EU AI Act.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Django).

• Experience with React.js, TypeScript.

• Experience with AWS cloud.

• Experience with AI: LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter.

• Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Raycast.

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the SaaS application layer by identifying and addressing compliance gaps, implementing improvements, and ensuring the platform meets relevant regulatory and security standards.

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services, including designing integration flows, managing APIs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring seamless data exchange.

• Actively participate in team ceremonies and meetings (planning, stand-ups, refinement, retrospectives) to contribute to discussions, align on priorities, and support collaborative decision-making.

• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices, while providing constructive feedback to teammates.
