AI Strategy Business Analyst

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an AI Strategy Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe.

Start date: March 2nd

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of AI and the AI Strategist in driving and executing ongoing AI initiatives across the client's company.

• Proactively take ownership of tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure progress without constant direction.

• Shape the future of AI at the company by guiding global business units and markets in turning high-potential ideas into impactful, AI-empowered solutions.

• Drive AI initiatives end-to-end (within existing programs), from exploration to rollout, ensuring they deliver measurable value, align with strategy, and create lasting impact.

• Act as a connector across countries, functions, and teams, fostering collaboration that transforms local initiatives into scalable global successes.

• Build and evolve governance practices that ensure AI is trusted, transparent, and compliant, while enabling innovation rather than slowing it down.

• Maintain visibility across AI workstreams: track progress, timelines, risks, blockers, dependencies, and next steps.

• Prepare clear communication materials (updates, summaries, presentations) for stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Champion responsible innovation by combining forward-looking product thinking with strong governance, unlocking opportunities for the company and its customers worldwide.

Skills:

• Solid business case understanding (eg investment, ROI)

• Good communication (can prepare ppt presentations understandable by a wide audience including C-level). Strong presentation and storytelling skills (ability to synthesize complex topics into clear executive-level narratives).

• General curiosity and an interest in technology (don't necessarily need experience in it but have some knowledge)

• Good problem solving skills (there is still a lot of ambiguity around how much ROI AI can practically bring a business and it is changing quickly so a lot of unknowns to investigate and decide)

• Organized and structured

• Strong stakeholder management skills (ability to align multiple business units, markets, and functions).

• High ownership and proactive mindset (comfortable working with ambiguity and driving tasks independently).

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable work items.

• Strong planning and tracking skills (roadmaps, action plans, timelines, risks, dependencies).

Nice to have: 

• Understanding of AI concepts and the AI project lifecycle.
