We’re looking for an IT & Security Administrator to support our growing team by ensuring seamless IT operations, maintaining security standards, and optimizing internal systems. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact.
We’re looking for someone based in/around Warsaw, who is ready to visit our office when needed. While most of the work can be done remotely, occasional on-site presence will be required to support IT operations and ensure smooth workflows.
Your tasks:
- Maintaining and enhancing internal IT systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, password manager, workstation management tools.
- Providing technical support to team members by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
- Managing IT equipment and office network, maintaining up-to-date inventories, and ensuring employees have the necessary tools for efficient work.
- Performing off-site backups, and creating an effective business continuity plan.
- Implementing and enforcing security measures, such as 2FA and password policies, to protect company data.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and compliance with security protocols.
- Assisting in IT process automation and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with various departments to assess IT requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining IT security processes in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Preparing security training, phishing simulations, and knowledge base for the employees.
- Managing user access and permissions across systems to ensure security and compliance.
- Managing Bug Bounty: reviewing reports, verifying past cases, providing initial feedback, forwarding relevant issues to the development team.
- Handling vulnerability reports from AWS and other sources, assessing risks, and planning mitigation measures.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Expertise in Google Workspace administration.
- Understanding of IT security best practices.
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
- A proactive, independent work style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with new technologies, especially AI-related regulations.
- A curious mindset, eager to explore and implement new technologies.
- English at least B2 level.
