As part of Client's CISO Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team you will play key role in development of IGA and PAM systems and related services. Reporting directly to the Head of IAM, you will actively participate in development initiatives and work with peers making a measurable impact to our security and compliance.

 

Responsibilities you will have

• Active contribution to the solutions development process
  
• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements for developing effective access policies and configurations
  
• Design, implementation, and maintenance of IGA/PAM solutions, including integrations, access control models, authentication mechanisms, and identity lifecycle processes
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system configuration, identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, and authorization to increase quality of provided services
  
• Monitoring and assessment of access logs, security incidents, and event notifications to identify and respond to potential security threats
  
• Driving continuous improvement and automating processes through low-code workflow creation and scripting to enhance processes efficiency and accuracy
  
• Providing expertise and support in identity-related projects, working closely with other teams and departments

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience in SailPoint and/or CyberArk implementation projects
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity-related solutions
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation
• Detail oriented, high analytic skills
• Excellent teamwork, communication, collaboration skills, and analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with federated identity protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS IAM
• Strong understanding of security principles and IAM concepts
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus IAM/PAM Certification is an advantage
• Experience with agile software development is a plus
