Join us in transforming ultra-personalized supplementation globally.

This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw - you'll work from our office 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days from home.

About SuppMatch

SuppMatch is a science-based AI platform purpose-built for the supplement industry, designed to transform how supplements are recommended, sold, and understood.

It operates on one proprietary AI engine and two powerful layers:

• AI Assistant for E-commerce – a plug-in that integrates into a wide variety of online stores offering supplements. This includes specialised supplement retailers, sports e-commerces, online pharmacies, and even general retailers that stock supplements. The AI delivers ultra-personalized, real-time recommendations, boosting sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

• Intelligent Meta-Marketplace (App & Web) – a standalone platform where customers can create their ultra-personalized supplement stacks, compare them across multiple retailers, and purchase directly.

Together, these two layers form the foundation of SuppMatch’s mission — to become the world’s first intelligent supplement meta-marketplace, helping people discover what to take and why across global inventories.

We are now entering our global scale phase — and we’re looking for a world-class Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the next stage of SuppMatch’s growth.

The Role — Chief Technology Officer

We’re seeking an experienced CTO who combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth.This person will:

• Define SuppMatch’s long-term technology vision.

• Lead the AI/ML innovation behind our recommendation engine.

• Scale our product architecture, integrations, and data systems globally.

• Build and inspire a high-performance engineering organization.

You’ll work directly with Jakub Sek (CEO) and Piotr Pagowski (COO) to shape SuppMatch’s global roadmap.

Location & Setup

• Base: Warsaw, Poland (SuppMatch HQ)

• Model: Hybrid (office + remote flexibility)

• Travel: UK, USA, Japan, and other key markets

• Languages: Polish & English (professional fluency required)

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision – Own SuppMatch’s architecture, roadmap, and infrastructure strategy.

• Lead AI/ML innovation – Advance our recommendation algorithms, vector databases, and data pipelines.

• Scale globally – Build systems that are reliable, secure, and designed for international expansion.

• Build and lead the team – Recruit and mentor exceptional engineers, data scientists, and ML experts.

• Ensure delivery excellence – Establish world-class CI/CD, QA, and release practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with product, business, and marketing to align tech with growth.

• Maintain compliance & data security – Ensure best practices in privacy, resilience, and uptime.

• Represent SuppMatch – Support partner and investor discussions, speaking engagements, and product launches.

Ideal Experience & Skills

Technical Expertise

• Deep experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, Node.js, GraphQL and SQL.

• Strong background in AI/ML, especially LLMs, NLP, and recommendation systems.

• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

• Experience designing scalable data architectures (ETL, data lakes, APIs).

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Leadership & Product Impact

• Proven track record as a CTO or VP of Engineering in a Series A/B or growth-stage startup.

• Experience scaling teams (10–50+) and shipping AI or SaaS products globally.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce integrations (Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento).

• A strategic mindset with ability to connect business goals to technical execution.

• A hands-on leader who still enjoys diving into architecture and product discussions.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary (2025)

• USD 85,000 – 113,00 annually

• Designed to increase with scale and funding stages

• Dedicated travel budget for international collaboration and partnerships.

• Top-tier equipment: MacBook Pro, external display, keyboard, mouse, and all necessary accessories provided.

• Workspace: Fully equipped personal office space at SuppMatch HQ in Warsaw, located in Saska Kępa.

Work Model

• Hybrid model (HQ in Warsaw + remote flexibility).

• Office presence expected for key workshops, team alignment, and investor meetings.

• International travel as required.
