The Role

We are looking for an experienced Director of AI to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), traditional ML approaches, and strong Python engineering skills. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML architectures (LLMs + traditional ML models)

• Develop scalable and high-performance AI solutions

• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks

• Build and oversee robust data pipelines for training and inference

• Ensure alignment between AI systems and business objectives

• Drive AI governance, monitoring, and model optimization

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

• Promote AI adoption across the organization

• Communicate AI strategy and business value to stakeholders

• Foster innovation and continuous learning within AI teams

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production

• Strong expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and traditional ML methods

• Advanced Python proficiency

• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Familiarity with MLOps tools

• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, SQL, and NoSQL

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP, chatbots, or computer vision

• Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Understanding of AI security, privacy, and regulatory compliance

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
