The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Director of AI to lead the creation and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. The right person will have strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML methods, and Python programming. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build innovative AI applications that can grow and scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML models, including LLMs and other machine learning models.

• Make AI solutions scalable, efficient, and high-performing.

• Explore and use new AI tools and technologies.

• Work with data engineers to create strong data pipelines for training and using AI models.

• Make sure AI systems match business goals and technical needs.

• Follow best practices in AI monitoring and governance.

• Improve AI models over time.

• Keep up with new AI, LLM, and ML developments.

• Lead and mentor software teams on AI design and best practices.

• Promote AI use across the company and advise on strategy.

• Encourage innovation and learning in AI/ML teams.

• Explain the value of AI solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or similar field.

• Experience creating and using AI/ML solutions in real projects.

• Knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLAMA) and other ML techniques.

• Skilled in Python and ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.

• Understanding of data engineering, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills for explaining AI clearly.

Pluses

• Experience with AI apps like chatbots, NLP, or computer vision.

• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Understanding AI security, privacy, and regulations.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
