Senior React Native Developer (Remote)

What you’ll be doing

• Work alongside Product Managers to spec, implement, test, document, and maintain Sun Basket’s iOS and Android apps using React Native
• Apply your expertise with React Native to build custom UI components make the Sun Basket mobile experience amazing
• Collaborate with the backend development team on REST APIs used by the mobile application
• Actively participate in code reviews and spec reviews
• Attend Zoom meetings such as “standup” calls, sprint planning, retrospectives, all-hands
• Find the perfect balance between high quality code and getting a product shipped

Qualifications

• High degree of expertise with React Native
• Experience and comfort building mobile applications from scratch
• Experience with native app development in iOS and/or Android
• Proven passion for everything you build to be clear and maintainable, in design and implementation
• Strong individual contributor, self-motivated, and a proven team player
• Desired but not required: experience working with AWS Lambda
