What you will do?

• Design resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Manage middleware and databases (Kafka, MongoDB, MS SQL, Redis) for data integrity and security.
• Streamline development with CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment.
• Partner with dev teams to assess and meet infrastructure needs.
• Implement monitoring solutions for peak system performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system reliability and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of tech trends to continually enhance our architecture.
• Mentor to junior engineers.

We are looking for you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift for deploying scalable applications.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Tekton).
• Experience with Red Hat ACM, ACS, RHEL, and familiarity with Windows Server.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Security design expertise for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Bonus: Experience with Confluent, Kafka, MongoDB, IBM Cloud Paks, Ansible, or Terraform.
