Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer (Golang + React) who doesn't just "write code" but takes full ownership of the architecture and quality of our stack. You will be responsible for designing high-performance Go backend services and crafting intuitive, scalable React interfaces, ensuring seamless synergy across the entire end-to-end solution.

Responsibilities

Your core challenges:

• Architect & Scale: Design and implement high-throughput APIs (REST/gRPC) within the Go ecosystem.

• Modern Frontend: Build reusable, strictly typed components using React and TypeScript.

• Performance Engineering: Optimize systems for low latency and high concurrency (Go routines, memory management, frontend rendering).

• Technical Leadership: Drive engineering excellence through rigorous Code Reviews, TDD, and mentoring within the team.

Requirements

Must-have

• Senior-level Expertise: 5+ years of commercial experience in web application development.

• Gopher Mindset: Deep understanding of Golang, including concurrency patterns (goroutines/channels) and the latest features (Generics).

• TypeScript Mastery: We believe in type safety; you should be proficient in building complex React apps with TypeScript.

• System Design: Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database optimization.

• Software Craftsmanship: A "test-first" approach (Unit/Integration) and a commitment to SOLID principles and Design Patterns.

• Communication: Minimum B2 English proficiency and the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.

• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).

• Proficiency in GraphQL.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Go (Gin/Echo), Go Generics, SQL (PostgreSQL), Redis, NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Frontend: React 18+, TypeScript (Essential), State Management (Zustand/TanStack Query).

• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP.

• Methodology: TDD, Clean Code, Agile/Scrum.
