About the Opportunity

We are expanding a European Endur (Openlink) specialist delivery capability supporting major energy trading and commodities clients across multiple countries.

We are currently hiring experienced contractors across development, consulting, testing, service management, and project delivery to support large-scale Endur programmes in front-to-back trading environments.

These are high-impact contract roles offering exposure to complex energy trading systems used by global organisations.

We are hiring across the following Endur-focused positions:

• Professional Software Developer (Endur)

• Senior Software Developer (Endur)

• Professional IT Consultant

• Senior IT Consultant

• Tester (Endur / ETRM)

• IT Project Manager

• Service Manager

• Professional Technology Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

• Designing, developing, and supporting Endur solutions and integrations

• Configuring and customising Endur modules for trading workflows

• Translating business requirements into technical delivery

• Executing functional, regression, and integration testing

• Supporting production environments and incident resolution

• Leading workstreams in Endur implementation programmes

• Engaging with trading, risk, and operations stakeholders

• Providing technical and functional leadership within teams

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Openlink Endur (ETRM)

• Background in energy trading, commodities, or financial services

• Experience in software development, consulting, or system delivery

• Understanding of trading lifecycle (front, middle, or back office)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced contract environments
