    We’re looking for an experienced professional who will join us to lead the ServiceNow development team under supervision of the IT Service Manager and in close collaboration with ServiceNow Architect.

     

    As a ServiceNow Team Lead, you will oversee the team of developers, designing and delivering solutions across various parts of the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM and CSM. You will act as a point of contact for all technical inquiries and assist the team to remove any roadblocks when they arise. You will partner with ServiceNow Architect to ensure enforcement of governance and best practices.

     

    We are looking for a good communicator who will be able to interface with staff on all levels: guide junior team members and help them progress, provide frictionless supervision to senior team members of similar tenure and work experience. We want someone who won't back down from a challenge and will lead by example – when time allows, they will be ready to get their hands dirty and engage in the platform development process.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide expert level support, technical mentoring, and guidance for ServiceNow development team; serve as a point of escalation for team members, help to remove obstacles and provide solutions when needed,
    • Assist the team with incident management process to resolve incidents in a timely manner, with quality and good communication,
    • As a senior technical member of the team, when needed, assist with configuration and development activities,
    • Work with the ServiceNow Architect to define, monitor, and enforce best practice and governance for the ServiceNow platform
    • Oversee testing activities to ensure quality of the code and ensure the best practices were followed,
    • Provide continuous feedback to enable team members’ growth
    • Maintain a deep, comprehensive knowledge of the StoneX ServiceNow platform, applications in use, existing out of the box and customized solutions
    • Assist with the recruitment process when necessary

     

    Qualifications

    • You have proven experience leading a ServiceNow development team in a supervisor, lead or manager capacity
    • You have in-depth and hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, especially around ITSM Pro, Service Portal, ITOM & Discovery, CSM, Integration Hub components
    • You know how to build Web Services integrations such as SOAP and REST, APIs
    • You know how to design solutions using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
    • You possess excellent interpersonal and networking skills; as well as ability to interface with team members at all levels
