Workplace: Kraków , Szlak 49 - hybrid work, at least 2 days in the office
StoneX is seeking a skilled and motived DevOps Engineer to join our international team supporting our development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of DevOps practices, automation of infrastructure, and tooling.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure used at StoneX
- Rollout and improve automated build, test, and release pipelines
- Monitor and analyze system performance and drive improvements ensuring high service availability
- Enable crisp SDLC management through integration of 3rd party tools as well as in-house developed applications and processes
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure best in class usage of CI/CD tools/concepts
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the above
- Mentor and train junior DevOps engineers and software development teams on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or software development
- Proficiency in scripting in Bash/Python/PowerShell
- Experience operating DevOps toolsets (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins/etc.)
- Practical knowledge of cloud offerings within AWS/Azure/GCP
- Fundamental understanding of container assembly/orchestration at scale
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Desire for continual professional development
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Preferred:
- GitOps-Driven Infrastructure As Code (Terraform, ARM, etc)
- Application Development Experience (e.g. proficiency in C#, Java, etc)
- Exposure to following observability tooling (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, etc)
- Exposure to messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
- Exposure to DevSecOps toolchains (e.g. Snyk, SonarQube)
- Familiarity with microservice- and serverless-based technologies and approaches
