We are all about supercharging tech-based businesses. But make no mistake – software development is just a part of what we do at Startup House. Our mission is to deliver all-around support for startups at all stages of development.
Our Project Management Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood – we’re currently searching for a Scrum Master who will help us boost our agile standards!
How can you grow with us?
- We build MVPs for startups, so you will work with small teams delivering a few projects (software products created from scratch) within a year!
- Your next project could be either an ingenious IoT mobile app for kids in Norway, an innovative LegalTech solution, a HealthTech platform that helps fight the pandemic in Nigeria, or something just as exciting!
- You will gain wide experience in a multitude of industries, both for exciting startups and established enterprises like Siemens or Toyota,
- You will own your work and decide how to unleash our teams’ scrum potential.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting Project Managers in Scrum practices,
- Simultaneously cooperating with project teams, helping them organize work,
- Creating and implementing scrum practices in the company,
- Acting as Agile Coach in SDH and promoting agile practices in the organization (e.g. advising non-technical departments).
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in a software house or consulting company),
- Vast knowledge of Agile methodologies,
- Proven track record in working with development teams,
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira),
- Readiness to work in a dynamic environment – seriously, we’re still growing as a company, so you have to be flexible when it comes to rapid changes,
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1+) – we work internationally, so that’s a must.
Nice-to-have:
- Passion for startups and digital products (Lean Startup),
- PSM I, PSM II, PSM III, Scrum Alliance, Scrum study or other certificates,
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
