Senior Node.js Developer (AI)

Our Development Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for a Senior Node.js Developer with AI experience, who will help us build amazing products for our clients. As we grow, we're expanding into new areas - including AI, automation, and intelligent systems and we’re searching for someone who is excited to explore with us.

📍 Location: Remote/Warsaw Office (as you wish)

💰 Salary (PLN):

21 000 – 25 200 net + VAT (B2B)

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience or proven track record of using Node.js with TypeScript on commercial projects.

Tech skills:

• Very good knowledge of TypeScript,

• Very good knowledge of Node.js,

• Strong expertise in NestJS framework,

• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture (Onion + Hexagonal synthesis),

• Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture,

• Solid background in Microservices Architecture,

• Practical experience with CQRS patterns,

• Foundational knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD),

• Experience integrating applications with LLMs and AI APIs.

Soft skills:

• At least B2 in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must,

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!

• Readiness to work in an agile environment,

• Ability and will to share your knowledge with more junior members of the team,

• Proactive attitude towards implementing changes,

• Attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Python,

• Practical experience developing AI Agents,

• Knowledge of LangChain (or similar AI orchestration frameworks),

• Practical DDD experience,

• Knowledge of Event Sourcing,

• Passion for new technologies and startups,

• Pet projects, presence in the Node.js community.

• Any other programming languages and frameworks.
