Senior AI Engineer

Our Development Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer, who will help us build amazing products for our clients. As we grow, we're expanding into new areas - including AI, automation, and intelligent systems and we’re searching for someone who is excited to explore with us.

📍 Location: Remote/Warsaw Office (as you wish)

💰 Salary (PLN):

24 000 – 30 000 net + VAT (B2B)

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Python.

Tech skills:

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and other LLM orchestration frameworks,

• Solid understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and vector search,

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker, Kubernetes,

• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs,

• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience integrating external APIs, databases, and third-party tools into AI pipelines.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI systems).

Soft skills:

• At least B2 in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must,

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!

• Readiness to work in an agile environment,

• Ability and will to share your knowledge with more junior members of the team,

• Proactive attitude towards implementing changes,

• Attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Python,

• Practical experience developing AI Agents,

• Knowledge of LangChain (or similar AI orchestration frameworks),

• Practical DDD experience,

• Knowledge of Event Sourcing,

• Passion for new technologies and startups,

• Pet projects, presence in the IT community,

• Any other programming languages and frameworks.
