Solution Architect (Senior)

We are looking for a Solution Architect for our client in the pharmaceutical industry to join a project focused on reference data standardization (Unified Reference Data). The goal is to build a modern, integrated data ecosystem based on FAIR data principles, ensuring data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable.

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect

• Expertise in data architecture and data standardization

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Cloud Computing)

• Proficiency in designing and integrating systems (API – REST/SOAP, message queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Experience in reference data, quality, manufacturing, or supply chain management

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and GxP requirements

• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and API testing (Postman)

Your responsibilities

1. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

2. Design scalable, secure architectures and create technical documentation.

3. Provide strategic recommendations on technologies to meet business goals.

4. Manage API integrations (REST/SOAP) and ensure smooth system connectivity.

5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

6. Oversee testing activities and quality assurance plans.

7. Define efficient processes for managing reference data.

8. Identify and mitigate risks early in the project.

9. Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, security, and scalability.

10. Own the Solution Architecture Document (SAD) and prepare transition, training, and support documentation.
