Job description

Job Summary

At SQUAD, our Delivery Division is organized into multiple cross-functional program management teams, each driving the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of security device programs. Our mission is to ensure that every product meets business objectives, addresses customer needs, and is delivered with exceptional quality and efficiency.

We specialize in program management for both new development and sustained initiatives, working closely with engineering, QA, and product teams. Our approach combines standardized processes, KPI-driven progress tracking, effective cross-team coordination, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in execution predictability.

Team Summary

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join at a senior professional level, capable of independently managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives with minimal guidance. This role offers high visibility, strategic impact, and direct influence on product delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, excels at working with both technical and business stakeholders, and is eager to shape how complex hardware-centric programs are executed at scale. This position provides the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that bring innovative, customer-focused products to market efficiently and with precision.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define and maintain program objectives, KPIs, and delivery milestones across multiple projects

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage execution of cross-functional initiatives aligned with business goals

  • Coordinate engineering, product, and operations teams for alignment and timely delivery

  • Develop and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, and status reports

  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates and communications

  • Monitor program health using structured reporting and metrics

  • Facilitate decision-making on scope, timelines, and resource allocation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in full-lifecycle hardware program management, from planning through to delivery

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional program execution across multiple teams and disciplines

  • Expertise in resource negotiation, ensuring optimal allocation for program success

  • Strong capability in risk and dependency management to maintain delivery predictability

  • Track record of KPI-driven delivery, using measurable goals to guide progress and outcomes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

  • Ability to influence without direct authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholders

  • Strong consensus-building skills to drive agreement in multi-team environments

  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on objectives

  • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written

Nice to have

  • Experience in process simplification and efficiency optimization to enhance delivery performance

  • Skilled in leadership-level presentations, effectively communicating program status and recommendations

  • Proficiency in metrics-based decision-making to guide strategic choices

  • Experience in mentorship to develop team capabilities and support professional growth

  • Expertise in meeting facilitation to ensure productive and outcome-focused discussions

  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous or rapidly changing contexts

We offer multiple benefits that include

  • The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture, and an individual approach to each team member

  • Competitive salary packages with performance-based annual reviews

  • Opportunity to receive a Performance Bonus for your individual achievements and a Loyalty Bonus recognizing your dedication to the company.

  • Employment via Contract of Employment (UoP) in complete alignment with Polish Labour Law

  • Guaranteed paid vacation, public holidays, and medical leaves as per statutory regulations

  • Continuous growth and development opportunities through internal knowledge hubs, corporate courses, and free English classes

  • Comprehensive private medical insurance to supplement your standard NFZ coverage.
