Solution Architect (Defence & Security)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver end‑to‑end IT solutions for projects in the defence and security domain. This role combines strategic architectural thinking with hands‑on collaboration across business and technology teams, in highly regulated and security‑sensitive environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on large‑scale IT projects and enterprise infrastructure

• Strong understanding of the current technology landscape in corporate IT environments

• Experience in enterprise architecture definition and business analysis

• Solid knowledge of system architecture, system integration, and data migration challenges

• TOGAF certification

• Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Languages

  • Polish – Fluent / Native

  • English – C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

• Experience working with public administration, defence, and/or security organizations

• Knowledge of NATO standards, including STANAG

Mandatory Requirements

• Willingness to undergo the mandatory personal security clearance process or possession of a valid clearance up to NATO Secret / Tajne level

• Willingness to undergo mandatory checks required for work with defence‑related technologies

• Ability to work from the Wrocław office, including periods of full on‑site work

Main responsibilities:

• Design end‑to‑end system architectures covering applications, data, and infrastructure

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and overall IT strategy

• Select appropriate technologies and define system integration approaches

• Address key non‑functional requirements, including performance, security, availability, and scalability

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to system integration and data migration

• Collaborate closely with development teams, providing architectural guidance throughout implementation

• Support resolution of critical technical issues during project delivery
