ServiceNow is a global platform widely used to manage enterprise service processes and digital workflows. As a Performance Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing advanced analytical and reporting solutions within ServiceNow. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) indicators, widgets, and dashboards across various modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable PA solutions.

• Create and maintain data collectors, breakdowns, and automated data collection jobs.

• Design and implement dashboards that visualize operational and strategic KPIs for different business areas.

• Optimize performance of analytics solutions to ensure responsiveness and accuracy.

• Integrate Performance Analytics with ServiceNow Reporting, CMDB, and external data sources when needed.

• Ensure consistency, data integrity, and governance across all analytics deliverables.

• Provide technical documentation, training, and post-implementation support for analytics solutions.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting modules.

• Hands-on experience with indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and scorecards.

• Familiarity with scripting and automation using JavaScript and Flow Designer.

• Strong understanding of data structures, CMDB relationships, and KPI frameworks.

• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams.

• At least 3–5 years of ServiceNow implementation and development experience.

• Proven experience in Performance Analytics configuration and dashboard development.

• ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification (Performance Analytics certification preferred).

• Strong understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.

• Experience with large datasets and optimizing dashboard performance.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• English (C1/C2) or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with external BI or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
