Senior UX/UI Designer

Requirements:

• A professional portfolio showcasing high-level expertise in UX/UI design.

• Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience using Figma as the primary design tool.

• Proven track record of working on multiple complex digital products.

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. (B2+/C1)

• US working hours. Core hours between 11:00 and 21:00

• Previous experience within the financial or banking sector.

• Specialized experience in designing charts, dashboards, and complex data sets.

Project description:

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to support a client in the banking sector. You will focus on designing clean, intuitive interfaces that simplify financial data and reporting, ensuring a seamless user experience for complex banking platforms.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality UX and UI design work using Figma, from initial wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable, and visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards.

• Apply best practices in accessibility and usability to ensure data remains readable and intuitive across all device types.

• Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and facilitate smooth handovers to the development team.

• Contribute to and maintain our design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency across all data-heavy products.
