Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and high performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages to support business requirements.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain unit tests for all custom development.
• Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Architects to validate business requirements, considering security, scalability, and system limits.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate Salesforce across various business platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations and performance.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with both declarative (point-and-click) and custom development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Proficiency in Salesforce development lifecycle and DevOps processes.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).
