Senior Developer Go (Embedded)

Project Description:

We are embarking on a project to develop and deliver fully functional software for two industrial communication devices in the energy sector. These devices will be based on a high-level OS (Linux, U-Boot, Secure Boot, Yocto) and will be programmed in Go. Please note that these devices do not have any HMI.

Role overview:

You will be responsible for the development and technical design of business logic software without any HMI. Your focus will be on integration with protocols such as SNMP, IEEE802.1X, MQTT, and Certificate management. Additionally, you will define test cases based on requirements, automate tests of modules in Go, and perform integration tests in a technology that can be discussed (e.g., Python).

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial projects.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Go.
• Hands-on experience with protocols: SNMP, IEEE802.1X, MQTT.
• Linux DevOps knowledge and experience.
• Experience in defining and automating test cases.
• Knowledge of integration testing, preferably with experience in Python.

Contract:

Please note, that the project is expected to last until the end of the year (2025). Therefore, the position is for a fixed term, with possible collaboration in B2B or freelance form.
