We are looking for a long-term employee who will support us in the following project:
R&D on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Rublon’s research & development activities on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) security will enable us to develop new solutions for passwordless multi-factor authentication in these environments. This is a greenfield project.

- Team: 8 researchers, 1 project manager, 1 product manager

What You’ll Do
As a Enterprise Solution Architect on the Rublon team you will help develop software for modern user authentication:
- Research on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies
- Research on MFA integration possibilities with ZTNA technologies
- Research on MFA integration possibilities with web/proxy servers and network traffic
- Research on MFA integration possibilities with Active Directory
- Develop enterprise software prototypes for Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Development takes place locally on your company laptop as well as on external testing environments
- Analyze requirements, create concepts and discuss them with the project and product manager
- Monitor code quality and perform code reviews
- Design, implement and execute development and integration tests
Skills You Have
- Experience with enterprise software development (Python, Go, Rust, C)
- Knowledge of secure software development
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server software development
- Ability to confidently communicate with peers
- Knowledge of Polish or English language
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ZTNA/SDP architecture or solution development
- Industry recognised cyber security related certifications such as CEH, EnCE, CRISC, SANS GSEC, GCIH, GCIA, GIAC, GCFA, GNFA and/or CISSP
- Formal education and advanced degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or similar and/or commensurate demonstrated work experience in the same
- Knowledge of software application security
- Demonstrated success as part of a distributed team
