Senior Angular Developer

Requirements:

• Commercial experience with Angular 

• Solid understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture

• Familiarity with state management tools (e.g. NgRx)

• Experience integrating with REST APIs

• Good understanding of unit and end-to-end testing practices

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (QAs, Backend Developers, PO, SM)

• Understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices

• Good communication skills in English min. B2

• Optional: experience working with Azure or in a payroll/HR domain is a plus

Project description:

An integrated HR platform that combines social, collaboration, and communication tools with all the standard HR functionalities. The goal is to streamline HR operations by reducing dependency on multiple tools and platforms. The solution is cloud-based (hosted on Azure) and developed by a dedicated team using modern technologies and Agile practices.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and implement new user interface features using modern frontend technologies

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions

• Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance

• Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing code to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and estimate tasks effectivelyUnderstanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices
