Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and high performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements.

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain unit tests for all custom development.

• Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems.

• Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate Salesforce across various business platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations and performance.

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC and SOQL.

• Experience with both declarative (point-and-click) and custom development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development lifecycle and DevOps processes.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are required.
