Project Manager

Requirements:

• Willingness to work from Wrocław (hybrid)

• Proven experience managing software development teams in an agile environment

• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated people management experience

• Background in software engineering or strong technical understanding of software development

• Track record of delivering high-quality software on schedule

Project description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Employee Experience & Education Business Unit. In this role, you will lead and coordinate software development projects focused on ERP and HR systems, working closely with cross-functional agile teams. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies. This role combines project delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ERP and HR systems development projects in an agile environment

• Lead and support development teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards

• Maintain transparency of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders

• Support team development through effective people management and coaching
