We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to join our enterprise applications team at Spyrosoft. This is a key senior-level role, where you’ll design, lead, and deliver scalable CRM solutions tailored to complex business needs. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to align technology with business strategy, while also guiding implementation from architecture through delivery. Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus across stakeholders are essential. You’ll be working in a multicultural environment, collaborating with both business and technical teams to create a CRM ecosystem that drives customer engagement and operational excellence.
- Architect and lead the design of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define CRM strategy and architecture aligned with enterprise goals and industry best practices.
- Guide development teams in customization, configuration, integration, and deployment using Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Services.
- Ensure solution performance, scalability, and data consistency across systems.
- Design and implement integration strategies with ERP, marketing platforms, and customer portals using APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Lead architectural reviews, provide hands-on support in critical implementations, and ensure technical excellence across all stages of delivery.
- Advocate for CRM governance, quality assurance, and change management practices.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, solution packaging, and continuous delivery in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Familiarity with customer journey orchestration and CRM analytics.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
