Low Code AI Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Low Code AI Automation Engineer to bridge the gap between enterprise workflows and Generative AI. In this role, you won’t just build automations - you will architect intelligent ecosystems. You will design, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents that leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and the Power Platform to solve complex business challenges and deliver scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

Agentic Solution Design

• Architect and deploy sophisticated AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Embed AI agents into Power Apps and orchestrate advanced workflows with Power Automate

Advanced Integration

• Develop custom connectors and integrate REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Dataverse

• Enable seamless access to diverse enterprise data sources

RAG & LLM Orchestration

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and embedding models

• Ensure AI outputs are accurate, grounded, and context-aware

Technical Excellence

• Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security hardening

• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Lifecycle & Delivery

• Participate in the full SDLC within an Agile/Scrum environment

• Conduct peer code reviews and adhere to DevOps best practices

Strategic Consulting

• Define technical capabilities and constraints for client-facing projects

• Translate business requirements into high-performing low-code AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation and low-code development

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Strong proficiency with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and Cognitive Services

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows, and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain)

• Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600) highly preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Nice to have

• Experience using Python for AI scripting or data processing

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and rapid prototyping of generative AI solutions

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and its AI services

• Knowledge of AI safety testing frameworks and ethical AI implementation

• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare, Finance) or technical consulting environments
