Lead Robotics Platform Engineer

We are Spyrosoft’s Robotics team – a group of specialists supporting global tech companies in designing, building, and scaling robotic platforms for mobile robots, drones, and industrial platforms. Our focus spans cloud-native architectures, real-time data processing from robots, and integration with enterprise systems.

We’re looking for a technical leader who will take charge of robotics-focused projects–from presales to strategic planning, solution architecture, and technical delivery oversight.

🤖Your responsibilities will include:

- Design, validate, and develop end-to-end robotics platform,

- Rapid prototyping

- Lead and support client workshops, discovery phases, and presales activities,

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

🦾We’re looking for engineers with:

- 5+ years of experience in software development 

- Proven experience in leading robotics or IoT projects as a tech lead, architect, or senior engineer.

- Strong proficiency in AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Hands-on experience working with telemetry, sensor data, and cloud/edge integration.

- Understanding of distributed systems architecture for robotic data pipelines (robot edge → cloud).

- Experience in leading teams or cross-functional engineering projects

- Excellent communication and presentation skills – capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders

- Familiarity with communication interfaces (e.g. MQTT, APIs, or custom edge/cloud bridges).

- Commercial expertise in building scalable backend services in cloud environments using Python, with a focus on frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, excellent English (B2/C1)

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of robotics DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Simulations (eg Nvidia IsaaC SIM, Gazebo)

- Familiarity with data streaming and analytics tools (eg Snowflake, Databricks, ETL)
