Lead Qt/QML Software Engineer

Hi! We are a Spyrosoft Synergy team specializing in HMI development. We are looking for Lead Qt/QML developers to work on designing and developing cutting-edge human-machine interfaces for in-vehicle infotainment systems, industry 4.0 solutions, and more. As a Lead, you'll be cooperating with clients, gathering their expectations, and suggesting the best solutions. Together with the rest of the team, you'll deliver high-quality results for the client's needs. Additionally, you'll support and mentor other team members.

Work from home, from one of our offices or hybrid.

👷‍♂️👷‍♀️Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Commercial experience in QML cross-platform applications development (min. 1 year)
• Experience in developing Qt based GUI
• Strong C++ programming skills (including modern C++)
• Knowledge about architecture and design patterns
• Familiar with version control, code review, and integration tools
• Communicative in English (written and spoken)

• Understand Agile methodology & Proof of Concept
• Experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto)
• Docker knowledge
• Programming experience in Python
• Experience with open source projects

Przemyslaw Nogaj, our Head of HMI Technology, firmly believes in the cultural implications of user-centred design in technology and in building tomorrow's digital society. During his career, he has led teams developing cutting-edge products across various software and hardware platforms. His experience includes also working with OEMs and TIER1s on next-gen production HMI platforms.

Wavey, our automotive HMI design project demo, was presented at CES in Las Vegas! In-vehicle infotainment demo is designed for Android Automotive and enables the operation of the IVI using gestures on a small touch screen located in the centre console of a car.
