Junior IT Support Specialist (Szczecin office)

As our office in Szczecin is growing, we’re looking for someone to support our IT Support team. You’ll be the first line of support for our Spyro employees in Szczecin. If you don’t have experience – don’t worry. You’ll have a great team to support you, including your Buddy that works locally in Szczecin.

👨‍🔧👩‍🔧Our requirements & your potential responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and helpful support for Spyrosoft employees as the first line of support
• Support the employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain various operating systems and computers (Windows, MacBooks, Linux)
• Install software, provision computers, office, and networking hardware equipment
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues
• Manage and track IT assets
• Create, improve, and update IT manuals and the internal Knowledge Base
• Test and evaluate new computer platforms and hardware
• Fluency in English and Polish, and self-sufficiency with high respect for applied security policies and procedures
