Project description
IT department is responsible for providing computer hardware to new employees, maintain network infrastructure and crucial internal tools and services. We maintain and supervise all Spyrosoft offices, constantly improving our tools, deploying new solutions and applying automation rules.
Job description
- Provide friendly and helpful support for Spyrosoft users
- Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Maintain diversified operating systems and computers (Windows, Macbooks, Linux) setups
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware
- Manage and track IT assets
Requirements
- Very good communication skills
- Open and helpful attitude
- Precision and care for details in everyday duties
Nice to have
- Experience in installing various operating systems (and dual boot configurations)
- Experience in troubleshooting most common computer hardware issues
- Knowledge in up-to-date computer hardware components
