Requirements:


  1. proven experience as a sales director who has actionable experience with promoting IT solutions
  2. practical knowledge about chemical (or related) or industry companies' needs and issues
  3. strong analytical skills to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  4. proficiency in preparing offers and delivering compelling business presentations
  5. understanding of business model tech company that is responsible for delivering software and other IT solutions
  6. positive attitude, natural passion for sales, and ability to deliver timely commitments
  7. fluent in English (C1) with the ability to collaborate effectively with international partners
  8. willingness to travel for business purposes

Responsibilities:

As a Business Unit Director, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and cultivating profitable relationships. You will work closely with experienced specialists who handle the technical aspects of AI solutions, allowing you to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service. In time, you will be in charge of expanding the Chemical Business Unit beyond AI solutions.



Main responsibilities:


  1. driving & hands-on the sales and pre-sales activities. The main goal will be bringing a chemical/industry customer to Spyrosoft
  2. building client relationships that last. Work as an owner with business development and support departments (Marketing, Operations Excellence, PMs, Sales Support, Recruitment)
  3. monitoring and overlooking successful delivery of the software development projects and services across the Business Unit.
  4. improve the growth strategy of the chemicals business unit with C-levels
