We are looking for a Senior-level Java or Kotlin (you don't need to know both!) Developer + React, ideally with a Spring Boot experience.

- Our products reduce the time it takes to close real estate transactions from an average of 47 days to as little as 10 days, together with cutting costs by up to 20%.
- We have around 300 people on board, with 30 engineers split into 5 teams.

Working remotely and flexibly
- Fully remote, but we are open to arranging a workspace if you are in Wrocław or finding you a co-working space if you are based elsewhere.
- Your working schedule is flexible and up to you, except for core hours (14-18 polish time & twice a week until 20) and mandatory meetings which usually take place at 4 pm (daily), and scrum events as one block on one day of the week. We try to have as few meetings as possible.
