About the Role
We are looking for a systems thinker with hands-on experience in AI tools and workflow automation. In this role, you will design intelligent, agent-driven systems that combine human input with synthetic intelligence to solve real business problems. You will break down complex workflows into discrete, automatable steps, identify where human input is needed, and build efficient multi-agent processes. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, you will conceptualize and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
- Design AI-driven workflows involving multiple agents (e.g., supervisor/planner layer and then a worker/doer layer) and define their interactions.
- Gather, translate, and describe at a low level complex business challenges or manual tasks into structured, orchestrated AI-powered workflows.
- Configure agent logic, prompts, memory, and triggers using AI workflow building tools like Wippy.
- Prototype features powered by multi-agent collaboration (e.g., onboarding bots, custom quote analyzers, presales flows, project management).
- Train and collaborate with product leads and engineering teams to create and use reusable automation templates.
- Experiment at the cutting edge of agentic AI systems for internal innovation and client-facing solutions.
- Systems thinking: Ability to model interactions among 5+ agents or processes using loops, branching, and state logic.
- Hands-on experience with one or more AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, n8n, make.com, Zapier, Autogen) and workflows in production environments.
- LLM Familiarity: Knows strengths and limitations - understanding when orchestration is needed beyond prompt engineering.
- Multi-Agent Imagination: Familiarity with concepts like AI agents coordination, synthetic feedback loops, and supervisor/worker patterns.
- Taste and Judgment: Clear intuition for what a high-quality output looks like - even from LLMs.
- Process Abstraction: Ability to turn unstructured processes into organized, scalable systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable leading workshops or scoping sessions with clients and team members.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with agent-based frameworks, no-code/low-code prototyping, or platforms like Zapier, Airtable, n8n, and custom GPTs.
- Designed human-in-the-loop workflows (e.g., content, onboarding, quoting, project management, customer support).
- Experimented with synthetic user testing or feedback agents.
