Senior Full-Stack Engineer (NodeJS + React)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build our scalable enterprise-grade control plane using industry best practices focusing on quality, performance, and delivery.
• Write well-crafted, tested, readable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code design, code review, and distribution knowledge.
• Develop distribution and deployment tools for different platforms.
• Collaborate with data-scientists, product managers and other team members to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Take end-to-end ownership of your deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js
• Understanding of front-end concepts and technology (React, TypeScript)
• Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and self-driven
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to work in high-paced and dynamic start-up environments
•  An all-star team player with a “can do” attitude

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with building CI/CD pipelines over Github Actions
• Experience building production-grade Node.js-based applications (preferably with TypeScript)
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications (LLM APIs, orchestration tools, Vector DBs, RAG)
• Integrating ML/AI models into production
• Participated in the Hackeriot mentorship program. (as a mentor or mentee)
• Past experience building B2B products
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Former management experience
