Business Development Manager
Join a team delivering modern Data & AI solutions for companies operating on the Polish and international markets, supporting organizations in building data-driven and cloud-based environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively drive business development goals through sales of Data & AI services
Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
Identify client needs and monitor potential project opportunities
Participate in pre-sales and sales processes, including solution presentations and proposals
Represent the company during industry events, conferences and meetings
Prepare reports, sales analytics, success metrics and market research
Cooperate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in developing cooperation with international clients in the Data, AI or IT services area
Proven ability to acquire sales leads and close B2B deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in conducting sales meetings and pre-sales activities
Knowledge of current Data, AI and Cloud Computing trends
Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients
Self-reliance, proactivity and responsibility for assigned goals
Very good command of English (minimum C1)
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in public speaking or participation in industry conferences
Knowledge of modern sales tools, techniques and CRM systems
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of enterprise-level IT projects
Experience working in an international, multicultural environment

Cooperation based on a B2B contract.
Hybrid work from Warsaw (2 times a week in the office).
